About the School of Law, IGNOU
The School of Law was established by Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2005. The establishment’s goal is to provide legal education within the framework of the ODL educational system. - The minimum Duration for PGCCL is 6 months and the maximum duration is 2 Years. Students who have passed three years of the Five Year Integrated LL.B course or graduate in any discipline. can apply for a Post Graduate Certificate in Cyber Law.
Eligibility Criteria for IGNOU LAW Admission
- Ph.D. of Philosophy in Law: Clearance of PG degree with 65% and national level entry exam cleared.
- Certificate in Consumer Protection (CCP): The clearance of 12th grade or equal or the support of BPP from IGNOU.
- Diploma in Paralegal Practice (DIPP): BPP cleared or clearance of intergrading from a board of value on a merit basis.
- Post Graduate Certificate in Cyber Law (PGCCL): LLB or BA cleared graduates with three years clearance or graduate in any discipline with 4 or 5 years of the degree.
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Criminal Justice (PGDCJ): Graduation with 50% scores in any stream.
- Certificate in International Humanitarian Law (CIHL): 12th class or BPP cleared with relevant scores.
