IGNOU Result 2024: The IGNOU result for 2024 will be announced soon after the June TEE 2024 examination. The result will be announced on IGNOU’s official website, @ignou.ac.in. Students who are awaiting their results can check the official website as it has been updated. The information regarding student enrollment numbers, grades, the course’s name, and its code will be available on their IGNOU result. Students who would like to download their results can do so from the official website.If students want to admission in any courses the last date is October 31,2024.

IGNOU does not provide results all at once for the examinations; it updates constantly and sometimes takes about 15 days for each session, i.e., June and December TEE. To download the result, students must have their enrollment number and course code.

Key points for IGNOU result 2024:

– The fee for re-evaluation of an answer copy is INR 750.
– Students who would like to check their answer copy must pay an additional INR 100 per course.
– In IGNOU, students must gain a minimum of 40% marks in order to pass their program.
IGNOU announced results twice a year (June and December). It declares its Term End Examination results sometimes around 45 days after exams. IGNOU results contain information relating to the maximum marks, minimum marks, grade points, marks obtained, course code, course name, enrolled number, session, and result. Apart from TEE, the site also contains the results for grade cards, entrance exams, and on-demand exams.

Things required to download the IGNOU Result 2024 are the enrollment number & course code. Students have to first enter the number to check whether the results are out or not. The fee for IGNOU Re-evaluation of answer copy & results is Rs. 750/-.

IGNOU Result 2024

Students from all undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and postgraduate diploma programs are eligible to sit for the June TEE. Revaluation results for the June 2024 IGNOU students who wish to check their progress report must enter their 9-digit enrollment number. www.ignou.ac.in results 2024 Term End Examination were announced earlier on ignou.ac.in.

IGNOU Results Revaluation December

For students who have done last year’s December exam, IGNOU has opened a revaluation portal for re-checking a student’s result. Students have to pay 700 rupees for re-checking an answer copy.

For these programme Code, the Re-evaluation & Answer copy (script) is not on the portal:

Under BPP course are PCO01, OMT101, OSS101
Under BDP, BTS, BCA courses are BSHF101, FST01
CLIS course under BLI011, BLII012, BLII013, BLII014
Last is the BEVAE181 code.

IGNOU Result June 2024

The June TEE exam conducted a wide range of courses for undergraduate, postgraduate, Diploma, PG Diploma, and Certificate courses, in various specializations such as Hindi, history, economics, MBA, BBA, BCom, BCA, MCA and many more. Once the university successfully administers all the exams, it will subsequently begin to publish the IGNOU Result for the June 2024 Term-end Examinations on its official website.

IGNOU Term End Result Status 2024

Students will be able to check the full result from now on. As the conduction of the examination is ongoing, the result will be updated as per the conduction. It was earlier expected that IGNOU TEE June 2024 results would be released since we had expected that results would only be updated after completing the TEE exams.

These are some simple steps to check the IGNOU Term End Result 2024:

Students have to visit IGNOU’s official website to check the result – ignou.ac.in.
To access the “Result” on the right top of your home page, click on the “Students support” tab.
You will be taken to a new window to view the display.
To reach the ‘Term-End’ section on the left, click the link.
In the next step, candidates will be redirected to the ‘June Exam Result’ tab.

A new login page will appear
Enter your 9-digit enrolment number
Your application will be submitted when you click on ‘Submit’.
Now the IGNOU Result will appear on the screen.

IGNOU Revaluation Result 2024

Indira Gandhi National Open University has opened the portal for Revaluation results, Students can now able to raise objections regarding their IGNOU December TEE Results. Students can need an enrollment number & program code to apply for IGNOU Revaluation.

Applicants can apply for Re-evaluation at the official site of IGNOU If applicants are not satisfied with their exam marks.

The fee amount for the course re-evaluation application form will be approximately rupees 750/-
Applicants are allowed to submit an application for revaluation within the result announced.
The application for revaluation can only be submitted within one month after the result is published.
There is no revaluation for the Practical exam. Revaluation is only allowed for theory papers.
After the revaluation of the theory paper, the best-scored marks are updated on the result card.

IGNOU Result 2024 After Revaluation

IGNOU Revaluation Result date will soon be available after the exam is done for students who applied in the previous session. The university provides revaluation facilities for students who are not satisfied or agree with the Scores given by the IGNOU. To check IGNOU Revaluation Result 2024, students are required to visit @https://studentservices.ignou.ac.in/RE_Result/RevalDec23/revalDec23.asp.
Students have to fill in their enrolment number, and afterwards, results will open in a new window.

Early Declaration For IGNOU Result 2024

The Early Declaration of the IGNOU result is for the student who wants his or her result sooner than the expected result date. Forms for IGNOU Early Result Declaration can be downloaded online at @www.ignou.ac.in.
Following are the conditions to apply for an Early Declaration of IGNOU Results.

(i) If a student has been enrolled in a higher program, a grade card statement needs to be given to IGNOU by a specified date before the University’s results are to be announced.
(ii) The student has given all the other things of course except the TEE of the courses, for which early declaration is needed.

Students who want to apply for early declaration of IGNOU results must have a valid reason for doing so. The early declaration is used while candidates are checking their recruitment documents, going for job interviews, or applying to another university for higher education.

To receive an early declaration of the results, the applicant must apply within the first month following the TEE examinations. An early declaration will not be accepted if the justification offered is not accepted.

IGNOU Result 2024 Percentage Calculation

Students can calculate the percentage of the marks scored in the IGNOU June & June TEE. The calculation method is very easy. An example has been shown below to have a clear picture of the Percentage calculation.

Suppose, a student scored 78 out of 100 in Theory Paper and the Assignment mark is 70. Then, the percentage in this particular subject will come out as follows:

For Theory Paper: 87*70% or 87*0.7 = 61
For Practical Exam: 70*30% or 70*0.3 = 21
Total Marks Obtained: 61+21 = 82 out of 100
Percentage: 82/100*100 = 82% (A-Grade)

IGNOU Result 2024 Passing Marks for Degree Courses

For a 25-mark paper, the candidate must obtain 9 marks to pass.

For a 50-mark paper, the candidate must obtain 18 marks to pass.

For a 100-mark paper, the candidate must obtain 35 marks to pass.

Master’s Degree

For a 50 marks paper, the candidate must obtain 20 marks to pass.

For a 100 marks paper, a candidate must obtain 40 marks to pass

About the IGNOU: It was set up in 1985 and was established by an act of Parliament. It provides higher education in all courses like undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, advanced diploma, PG diploma, PG and advanced diploma, certificate, online programs, and non-credit programs, especially for distance learning.

However, regular courses are also offered, but they are very less in number. Apart from it, admissions to most of the courses take place without an admission test except for B.Ed. and management programs.

Q2. What is the declaration date of the IGNOU Exam Result?

Ans. The university releases the results nearly 45 Days Term End Examination (TEE) every year.

Q3. When will the IGNOU result be declared?

Ans. The result of the Term End Examination, June declared in August/September and the result of the Term End Examination, June is declared in June/ July of the respective year.

Q4. What are the passing marks in IGNOU?

Ans. A student has to secure 40 marks out of 100 and in assignments, they have to score 50 marks out of 100 to pass the IGNOU Examination.

Q5. How to calculate the result percentage in IGNOU?

Ans. Firstly, write the marks secured in the Assignment and Term End Examination (TEE) in one place in a tabular form. Then, Assignment marks will be converted into 30% and Theory marks will be converted into 70%. Now, these calculated percentages will be added together which will give us a Grand Total of the entire subjects. Finally, divide the total by the total number of subjects in the semester.

Q6. What are the charges to be paid for re-evaluating the result?

Ans. If a student wants their answer sheets to be re-evaluated, they have to pay charges for it, which is Rs. 750/- per course.
