IGNOU MCom Fee Refund

After the admission process sometimes students may have to cancel their admission. IGNOU provides a fee refund policy for such MCom students. Students can apply before 60 days end after the last date of admission each semester. IGNOU provides 100% fee refund for students who apply before the confirmation of their seats. This is done so that the MCom seat is not wasted for that particular session. However students can also apply for MCom fee refund after they are selected for the course. In that case they have to submit a fine of 15% of the course fee. However the maximum fine allowed for the Master of Commerce IGNOU course is Rs. 2,000/-. Students will have 60 days to apply for the fee refund.
