IGNOU has started the admission for the PG Diploma in Maternal & Child Health (PGDMCH) for the January 2024 academic session. Candidates have an MBBS degree from any recognized university approved by MCI. This program is for medical doctors who have completed the mandatory rotational internship procedures as part of their MBBS degree and have completed the rotational internship process before the start of the academic term in which they will be participating. However, the rotational internship process must have been completed before the start of the academic session in which the doctor will be participating.
In the MCH package, Reproductive Health is one of the components. The MCH package consists of a comprehensive set of components, such as Child Health, Public Health, and Reproductive Health, all of which are integrated into one comprehensive package that takes place over an entire year.
